Bob led the Singapore LEAP (LEarning Activity Program) Math curriculum project, a 5-yr program with diagnostics, manipulatives, workbooks and games, used by monolingual classes. He has also served as teacher, lecturer, and MOE officer. He has a BSc Hons (Math), two M.Eds (BYU and Harvard), and is certified in Whole Brain Creativity.

Lan Teo
Lan founded CARE (Children At Risk Empowerment) working with young children, youth, and their families. Her passion to nurture intellectual, emotional and relationship skills of young people, and belief that the right environment can help any child succeed led her to start two kindergartens. She has a B.Sc (Pysch) USA and M. Soc (Counselling) Au.
